Morning: Hike and Swim at La Fortuna Waterfall

Your first destination is the world-famous La Fortuna Waterfall, a spectacular 70-meter (230-foot) drop hidden within a lush canyon. Led by your expert naturalist guide, you will descend a well-maintained staircase of approximately 500 steps through a dense tropical forest. Along the way, your guide will point out local plant species and keep an eye out for colorful birds and wildlife.

Once at the canyon floor, you will be rewarded with a jaw-dropping view of the roaring cascade. You can swim and relax in the refreshing, crystal-clear natural pools just downstream from the main drop, making for an unforgettable tropical experience and incredible photography opportunities.
