• Clothing: Long pants or jeans (highly recommended for riding comfort), a lightweight t-shirt, swimwear, a towel, and a light raincoat. A change of casual clothes for lunch is required.
• Protection: Cap/hat, sunblock, and eco-friendly mosquito repellent.
