Far from being a simple observation tour, this is a hands-on culinary adventure where you will prepare ancestral Costa Rican delicacies. You will brew your own traditional coffee using a classic chorreador, hand-press authentic tortillas and empanadas, sample artisanal farm cheeses, and stretch your own sugarcane candy (sobado), celebrating the true spirit of Costa Rican hospitality.
